Helen Daniels has joined TRADA Technology as Market Research Manager. She comes from a background of international market research and business development and brings with her 30 years' experience of qualitative and quantitative market research across a wide range of industries, from both the client and agency perspective. Formerly Director, Business Development for international market research consultants Andrew Lester and Associates, Helen was responsible for generating new and repeat business across the postal, freight, dental and plastics business sectors.

Her role also encompassed major account management, including new project design, specification and delivery.

Helen, an honours graduate from the University of Bath, will report to Jeremy Vibert, Manager - Information and Business Services, who said: 'We were looking for someone like Helen, for whom building customer relationships and understanding the marketplace are critical success factors.

Under her leadership, we are planning strong growth in our Market Research business in 2007 and beyond.'
